  • Jacob Cole

    MANAGING DIRECTOR || LinkedIn

    Jacob Cole is a co-founder at Stone Street and leads the firm’s investment process. He is passionate about working with bootstrapped software companies to build for scale and achieve their highest potential.

    Previously, Jacob was a Principal and Employee #2 at Full In Partners, a New York-based growth equity firm, where he deployed $250M+ across 14 transactions in technology businesses. He has served as a Board Member or Observer at Full In’s portfolio companies Usercentrics, AutoRABIT, Fooda, and RepeatMD. Jacob started his career as a consultant for private equity firms at Notch Partners. He is a graduate of Davidson College, where he was a member of the Men’s Rowing team.

    Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys jazz guitar, pickleball, bourbon, travel, and is a passionate fan of several underachieving Florida sports teams.

  • Andrew Salton

    Andrew Saltoun co-founded Stone Street Software, after his successful tenure as the CEO of Integra Partners, a technology enabled healthcare services company.

     Under Andrew’s leadership, Integra Partners scaled from 13 employees to over 150, built an in-house operational software platform, grew revenues and EBITDA 400%, and successfully sold the business to Tufts Health Plan. Andrew’s passion for coaching and developing CEOs and their companies has led to his investment in over 75 entrepreneurs and 50 operating companies. Before transitioning to operational leadership, Andrew held roles at Goldman Sachs and Vestar Capital Partners.  

    He has been a guest lecturer at both Harvard Business School and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business on many occasions and has served on numerous boards, including: CampMinder, Cambridge Spa Group, Light Wave Dental Management, Technomotum, and the Brooklyn Museum Advisory Board.

  • Tom Jackson

    Tom Jackson has two decades of experience of investing and operating in the technology industry. Tom currently serves as the President of Datacor, a leading provider of software to the process manufacturing industry. Tom has led Datacor since acquiring the business in 2016 via a search fund, WJT Partners. Over that time, Datacor has grown to 280 employees and seen >8x recurring revenue growth.

    Outside of Datacor, Tom is an active investor in over 30 search funds or operating companies. He currently serves on the boards of Campminder and Inerva.

    Prior to launching his search fund, Tom worked as a technology investor at Bregal Sagemount, Blackstone, and Woodside Fund, and started his career as an engineer at Sun Microsystems. He holds a MS and BS in Electrical Engineering from Stanford as well as an MBA from Harvard Business School. Tom lives in Manhattan with his wife and three children.

  • Clayton Sachs

    Clayton Sachs brings over a decade of investing and operating experience. Clayton currently serves as Vice President of Datacor overseeing two business units, professional services, customer support, go-to-market strategy, and corporate development. During his 7-year tenure at Datacor, Clayton has executed and integrated 8 acquisitions, launched an integrated payments offering, and built out the company’s executive team. Clayton searched for and underwrote the original Datacor investment in partnership with Tom at WJT Partners.

    Outside of Datacor, Clayton has invested in over 30 Search Funds, including in 20 operating companies acquired through the strategy.

    Previously, Clayton was an investor at TA Associates, a $20bn growth private equity firm, where he sourced and executed investments in Enterprise Software. Clayton started his career in investment banking at J.P. Morgan.

    Clayton holds an A.B. in History from Princeton University and an M.B.A. from Columbia University. He lives in Brooklyn with his wife and two daughters.
